I'm Zach Henderson. I lead AI transformation inside Aurora WDC, a human intelligence agency that serves Fortune 1000 clients. I focus on internal tooling, process automation, and integrating AI features into the products their clients use. Before that, my career has spanned Epic Systems, healthcare IT consulting, decades of real estate investing, industrial engineering, and building product companies from scratch.

I started AlphaSMB because I watched too many capable businesses get left behind — not because they lacked resources, but because nobody showed them how to build an organization that could adapt. I bring the same methodology I built inside Aurora WDC and translate it for SMB leadership teams who want to punch above their weight class.
