The short version
I'm Zach Henderson. I lead AI work inside Aurora WDC, a human intelligence agency that serves Fortune 1000 clients — internal tooling, process automation, and AI features in products their clients use. Before that: Epic Systems, healthcare IT consulting, real estate investing, industrial engineering, and building product companies from scratch.
I started AlphaSMB as the delivery arm for that same work at a different scale: startups through about $50 million in revenue, led by people who are already using AI and want it to compound. We install automations on the systems you already run, stand up private models in an environment you control, and — when you're ready — install a company brain you hold the keys to.
What we build stays yours when we leave. That's the point.

How I think about the work
You own it when we leave
Most AI vendors sell you a seat. We install an outcome on your systems — then hand over the keys, the docs, and the measurement.
That sounds simple. It isn't, which is why we start in the real thing: live aging, last quotes, stuck orders, the export you actually have. If a native button already does the job, we say so and don't sell the install.
Culture work still exists. It sits down-funnel, for the rarer engagement that needs it. The front door is operationalization for people who have already proven AI works in pockets.
